タイ(たい)人(じん)のエドと一緒(いっしょ)にタイ料理(りょうり)をつくりませんか。

今回(こんかい)つくるのは、タイの家庭(かてい)料理(りょうり)「カオクルックガピ」。
小(こ)エビ(えび)の塩漬(しおづ)けを混(ま)ぜたご飯(はん)という名前(なまえ)のこの料理(りょうり)は、家庭(かてい)ごとに具(ぐ)や味付(あじつ)けが変(か)わるそうです。
小(こ)エビ(えび)の入(はい)ったご飯(はん)とたくさんの具(ぐ)を混(ま)ぜ合(あ)わせていただきます。

そして、肉団子(にくだんご)のスープ、バナナのココナッツ煮(に)もつくります。
タイの料理(りょうり)をつくって食(た)べながら、楽(たの)しい時間(じかん)を過(す)ごしましょう。

※どなたでも参加(さんか)できます（外国人(がいこくじん)、日本人(にほんじん)が一緒(いっしょ)に楽(たの)しむイベントです）。

Are you interested in making authentic Thai cuisine with Edd from Thailand?
This time we’ll be making Khao Khuluk Kapi, a staple of Thai home cooking.
The name of the dish means “rice mixed with shrimp marinated in salt”.
Not only shrimp, but many other ingredients are mixed in with the rice.
We will also be making meatball soup and simmered bananas and coconuts.

• キャンセル・予約の取り消し（きゃんせる・よやくのとりけし｜Cancellation Policy）

  ２日前(ふつかまえ)まで無料(むりょう)。前日(ぜんじつ)・当日(とうじつ)は受講料(じゅこうりょう)の100％
  Cancellation Policy If you cancel 2 or more days before, you do not have to pay a cancellation fee. If you cancel the day before or the day of, you are required to pay 100% of the class fee.
